What Can Cause Persistent Nausea, Headaches, Fatigue And Lower Abdominal Pain?

For the past couple months i have had daily/ persistant nausea (often resulting in vomiting), headaches (mild), extreme fatigue, hot flashes, lower abdominal pain (mild)/ sensitivity), low energy level, irritability, wet cough. I have pondered if this has anything to do with my age, having had 3 children and menses. However, it is constant. I will feel better x a day or so, then it will re occur. My past history is cryotherapy for high grade dysplasia of my cervix many years ago. I have a 2 1/2 yr old son, and last pap was clean and clear..... any ideas?
