What Can Cause One Sided Headaches Along With Blurred Vision And Fatigue?

I have been getting a small one-sided headache every three days. Its not really a headache it feels like discomfort on the right side of my head. I also get tired sometimes but not always. I would like to add that I have very blurry vision on my right eye, I also used my phone alot so I dont really know the reason for this. I stopped using my phone but I still get my headaches.

Headaches could be of so many causes and symptoms can overlap and be subjective and can be described in so many patterns. It should be warranted to look into account cluster headaches, migraine headaches and tension headaches which are fairly common causes. Whatever may be the cause, treatment entails starting with an NSAID (a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) Like Ibuprofen every 8 hours and may be increased up to every 6 hours if still not effective.
