What Can Cause Nausea, Dizziness And Fatigue After Sun Exposure?
Why am i getting sick after being outside for only 30 minutes? I start feeling nauseous, dizzy and fatigued. I used to be able to be outside working in my yard and garden for several hours with no problem. The temperature when I have been outside has ranged from 70 to 90. I get the same results no matter the temperature.

It may be due to heat exhaustion seen due to electrolyte imbalance after profuse sweating and loss of electrolytes.
Drink plenty of liquids and check for serum electrolytes status. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
