What Can Cause An Upset Tummy And Pins, Needles Feeling?

My daughter is 22 years old and recently has experienced pins and needles. She is vegan and her diet has apparently not been brilliant because she's just graduated and started a new job as a waitress in a casino ( as you do!). Any suggestions? She also complains of upset tummy.

HI. The history is not sufficient to say what she is really suffering from. Where are the pins and needles feeling? In abdomen or all over the body?
Being Vegie does not cause such problems. What are the other associated symptoms along with upset stomach?
