I have a uti. The urine sample came back as positive for Citrobacter Koseri. I am a healthly 35 year old woman and are concerned as to why I would get this infection. I have read on the net that it is more common in children, the elderly or immune compromised people. Is it possible that I could still get this infection and not have any other health concerns. I had a routine full blood count done late Jan that came back completely normal. Any advice would be great.
