What Can Be The Cause Of Screaming In Dreams?
Last night, I was having a sleepover with a friend. As usual we stayed up really late talking. About 2 ish we decided it would be good to go to sleep. We slept find for about 2 hours but then around 5 we woke up screaming as loud as we could. We didn't wake up until my parents ran into the room. We both had that since of danger in our dreams and needed to scream. My heart was racing terribly and it was difficult to breathe. Could it be because we both talk in our sleep? Is this normal? Is there another explanation?

Such screaming in night while sleeping does not seem normal. and it cant be because of both of you talking till late.
There is possibility of "night terrors" or "REM Behavior Disorder"
these are sleep disorders.
