Hi Doc..I am from India.. My daughter has been detected with Cylindrical eye power in both the eyes as 0.5 and 0,75.. can you please tell me how serious it is? what all the precaution i should take ??? Sitting at the last bench.. does this give eye strain??

I am very worried please suggest on this.. what is the diet i can give to improve?
