What Are The Small Lumps On My Scalp?

hello doctor.. i am 25 yr old. i have some small lumps on my scalp, which are under the skin. i noticed these lumps in last 3,4 years. but i consulted it with doctor recently. she asked me to do some tests TLC, DLC,ESR,L.F.T .Everything is normal. I m also suffering from problm of hairfall, grey hair and thin hair..however in past my hairs was very healthy..Plz tell me the reason for all these problms and give some suggestion also.

Hi, dear. I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have some benign tumour like lipoma or dermoid cyst or you may have some skin adnexal tumour.
You should go for biopsy and histopathological examination of lump. Then you should take treatment accordingly.
