I hit the top of my head toward the right pretty hard two days ago while getting a bag out of my car. I have not had a headache, I did experience a little dizziness immediately after the hit but did not lose consciousness. However I am experiencing localized pain in my head where I hit it and it s warm to the touch. Is this sign of a concussion or just the after effects of taking a bump on the head?
