What Are The Red Clustered Dots That Appeared After Weight Lifting Exercises ?

i worked out and did some lifting which involved putting weight on my shoulders. When I got home i noticed red spots, they were clustered around there. I would like to mention i have a 2nd degree burns on the area that the red spots appear on. What are these dots and should I stop doing that exercise?
