In the starting, they were not painful, but these got secondarily infected later on giving rise to the pain. These could subside with antibiotics, but could recurrently get infected. Therefore, I would advise you to get these assessed by a general surgeon and get these removed once the infective phase was over on consuming the antibiotic and anti inflammatory drug along with a proton pump inhibitor.
