What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

Me and my bf didn t have sex were still virgins but I gave him a hand*** and he ejecuatled on my hand and i had whipped it off and 5-10mins later I went to go pee and I never washed my hands and I was on my period at the time so I had to change my pad and all that and another time the same actions occurred and i whipped it off and when he dropped me off at home it was like 10 minutes after I never washed my hands when I went to go pee but it was dry both times.. my question is Is there any chance ofor getting pregnant.. sounds kinda stupid but I m kinda scared.

there is absolutely no chance of pregnancy. pregnancy only happens when a man ejaculates inside a women that too only during the women fertile period which will be approximately from 9th to 20th day of her period the rest of the day are all safe period. some time it varies from person to person.
