What Are The Chances Of HIV Through Open Sores?

I got close with a woman recently, I put my fingers inside her skirt and touched her vagina when she still had her panty on. I did not feel any wetness, can i get HIV from this? Like, if there was an open sore in my fingers, or let's say i put the finger accidentally into my eye.. Any chances?

Hi
Thanks for your question
In your case you have inserted your finger while still her innerware is on. So there is no chance of you contracting an HIV.
HIV is contracted by participating in an unprotected sex with a HIV positive person or blood transfusion from an infected person.
If you are having a sore on finger and if you insert your finger in to the private parts of an HIV infected person then there is a chance of contracting HIV.
Generally HIV virus do not survive in the open air.
