Sexual promiscuity is one of the most common route of HIV and hepatitis B transmission
Not only the genito - genital contact but also genito - mucous membrane contact will cause these virus transmission.
So as u have a history of exposure u should go for HIV screening
Also try to avoid such high risk behaviour
