What Are The Chances Of HIV After Non Penetrative Intercourse?

Hello Doctor.
I met a girl in a club. i just rubbed my penis to her vegaina with my underwear on . (no insert). In 5 mins i came. Now my concern is if she had any std like HIV, is it possible that it can pass through my underwear by her vegaina fluid or her period blood. can HIV virus pass through underwear by blood or vegaina fluid in the open air. I do not think she was period and i never check my underwear. just a concern shr and panic

HIV is transmitted by these routes:
1 Unprotected vaginal or anal sex.
2 Mother to fetus
3 Blood transfusion .
4 Needle insertion or sharp objected entrapped in blood .
While in your case there was not such things , so no chance of getting HIV by you.
But if you are in stress ( as you mentioned as in panic ) , so get in elisa tests after 90 days after this you can be declared as HIV negative.
I don't recommend this test because in my opinion you are HIV negative .
