Hello
Welcome to Ask a Doctor service
I have reviewed your query, and here is my advice
It is all the physiological phenomenon and not the disease condition but this can be best avoided, like to control the spicy food avoid taking garlic and onion in diet, have more leafy vegetable fresh fruit use standard deodorant have frequent bath, else nothing much can be done, for the stool it is all depends upon the diet taken and in absence of symptoms it is nothing to worry.
Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.
