What Could Cause An Episode Of Temporary Memory Loss And Confusion In A Healthy Person?

What are possible causes of the following: I am in my late 40s, no health issues. I do not take any meds. I worked out today (nothing extremely strenuous) and as I was walking home, I got confused: I was not sure where exactly I was. I did make it home just fine. Then I realized that I could not recall the name of the company where I work, what day of the week it was and where the bedroom was in my house. I had some food, sat down and my normal mental state came back to me in about 30 min and I feel fine now. During the episode, I did not experience any dizziness, weakness, or anything else unusual. Should I do anything about it at this point? Or should I wait and see if this confusion ever comes back?
