Age 43, Male, 186cm, 100.5kg with good medical history. Run up to 25km per week
Hi, I have had a sweet taste in my mouth as if I have just eaten a large sweet cake. I am also constantly feeling sick in the stomach. Additionally I am gaining weight even though I am exercising more, 5 kg over the last few months (body fat is increasing)

Get your diet checked by a dietitian to see whether you are consuming excessive calories. Get your blood sugar (Fasting and postmeal) and Thyroid hormones level checked to rule out other hormonal diseases. Diet charting and appropriate evaluation should help you treating your problem.
