Under Weight, Planning To Take Decdan And Practin. Is There Any Better Alternative Or Suggestion?

Hello,
I'm a 30 years old (5'7") male having 42kg weight. I don't have any problem/fascination regarding my weight; but I've become frustrated with the suggestions to gain my weight from every passing people. I've decided to take Decdan .5mg along with Practin for two months.
My question is, should I proceed with these to gain 8-10kg? Is there any better alternative or suggestion?

I suggest you not to depend on medication for weight gaining.
Eat well balanced diet and consume diet with more proteins, fats, and calories.
And consult a dietitian for the plan of your diet.
Decadran is a steroid and it has side effects.
Practin causes drowsiness but you can use this drug with the doctor advice.
