General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

it is best if you sought consult with a gastroenterologist or a general surgeon for physical examination and a possible proctoscopy to check on your anal area. this is an outpatient examination. possibilities of these perianal lesions described are hemorrhoids, perianal abscess, fissures, fistulas or infectious causes.

if you have difficulty in bowel movement, you might want to modify your diet to a high-fiber one as a start.

hope this helps.

good day!!
