Teenager. Height 171 Cm. Will Mediplex Height Increase Program Help In Increasing Height?
Hi i am 19 years old and my height is 171 cm .At age of 15 my height is 169 cm . Last 4 years i didn't have much growth in my height . At age of 15 i went to boarding school and there changes my diet . My father's height is 175 cm and my mothers is 155 cm . Is there any chance to grow height , any exercises or any diet ?

There is no such medicine available which could increase the height, neither the diet, if you are taking any kind of medicine for this then your are doing mistake, it is all depend upon the genetic constitution of your body nothing can alter it, have nice day.
