You must be cautious when using anticoagulant+antiagregant medication. You must avoid alcohol consumption and dehydratation. Due to these medications, your bleeding will stop in longer durations. But if you avoid intense exercises and activities which are risky for traumas; you don't have to be alarmed all time. If a bleeding occurs, you must compress it with a foreign material (handkerchief etc.) for longer times without stopping for checking if it is stopped. After 3-5 min, it will stop.
May you recover soon
