Suggest Ways To Lose Weight

Hi. I m 16 and I m nearly 17, and I weigh 15 stone. I don t lose weight very easily, which is confusing. Whenever I lose weight It just comes back no matter how much I excercise. It s becoming a problem as I want to be able to be confident in the way I look, but nothing works. I have tried running and basic workout programmes but again, it doesn t work. Any help??

Hello! Thank you for writing. The key is a balanced diet. Since you are growing up your body needs a lot of nutrients in order to grow. So don't starve yourself eat everything but in small portions.Eat salad, vegetables, fruits, proteins such as fish, chicken, eggs, milk, yoghurt , cottage cheese. The key is the portion you eat.
