Suggest Ways To Gain Health And Weight

Sir,i m 21 years old engineering student' i've poor health quality that sometimes i feel so uncomfortable as well as my arms are too thin. Should i take health supliments,though it has some disadventage.Sir plz give me some suggestion to build up my body.

Hello and thank you for your question. The main things that you can do to have a healthy body are to exercise daily, eat a healthy diet and not smoke. If you are not exercising at all start slowly doing some walking or jogging. Use some small weights at first to build up your arm muscles. As you get stronger you can progress to heavier weights. A healthy diet consists of fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein. Taking a multivitamin may be helpful to you but multiple expensive supplements are not necessary. Drinking at least 6 glasses of water daily will help your body feel better and stronger. Good luck to you and thanks for using HCM.
