Hello, i have been diagnosticated with diabetes type 1 since i was 2 years old and now am 31 years old . just wanna ask if it is good to lose weight. Im about 190 cm and my weight was about 95 kg. At the moment i'm 85-86 kg and i'm feeling real good but a little tired .
