Suggest Treatment To Increase Life Expectancy

I am currently 23 and 1/4. I leave a healthy lifestyle. I exercise and try to eat right, I don't smoke or drink. There is no history of male cancer in my family, or any other major illness that I am aware of. My question is, how long can I expect to live? From my understanding, life expectancy is an average, and therefore brought down by people who die young, so I'm guessing I will live a little bit longer than that. Also, life expectancy could increase by the time I am old, and there may be breakthroughs that help improve life expectancy. How likely is this?

Hello,

life expectancy depends on the country you live but a general estimation is around 76-80 years. Of course healthy people without medical problems may live till their 90 or 100 years. What you can do to increase your life expectancy and quality of life is to eat healthy, do some regular mild - not exhausting - exercise, maintain a healthy body weight, be happy (!) and visit your doctor for a clinical examination and laboratory tests whenever needed. I couldn't be more specific on that because check-up testing depends on age and examination findings. For young individuals like you, testing every 3-5 years is enough.
I can't predict medical breakthroughs. I do know though, that medical research is done particularly regarding metabolic and cardiovascular diseases that are usual causes of disease and death.
I hope I've been helpful to you!
If you'd like more specific information, please ask and I'll be glad to answer.

Kind Regards!
