Suggest Treatment To Increase Height

Hi i am 28 years old and my height 5 feet 4 inch. This feel very irritate me and i am very frustrated about this. I want o grow my height so can you plz suggest me the medicine that i get taller? I see a ad of step up body growth formula is it realy works?

Hi,

Welcome to HCM. I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Height gain will occur only up to the age of completion of puberty. This is due to the effect of sex hormones that results in fusion of growth plate in out long bones. Once the long bones are fused no further height gain is possible with any medications.

Only possible option for height gain after this age is a surgical procedure which can lengthen your bone called Ilizarov procedure. But this will compromise your bone strength.
