Brief answer
Sebaceous cyst

Detailed answer
i appreciate your concern
Looking at your history it seems to be a case of infected sebaceous cyst
you need not to worry it can be cured completely
in my opinion you should start with a course of antibiotic to eliminate the infection and once it subsided you can go for surgery
its a very simple surgical procedure without much of complication

Thanks for using health care magic
have a nice day
