Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

According to my opinion as per your history you should rule out prostatic enlargement problem that is benign prostatic hyperplasia. For that per rectal prostate palpation should be done and ultrasonography will be beneficial. According to course I can guide you further and if prostate problem is not present then we can investigate further with urodynemic flow study of the urine. Consult urologist for examination.
