Baby is having epiphora. It is rightly said that naso lacrimal duct is not fully open. In my opinion you can wait for some time. Give milld massage over nasal bridge near punctum.apply antibiotic eye ointment like neosporine eye ointment for 5days.When the child grow-up and canal does not open, epiphora continues then you can opt forsurgery.
