Suggest Treatment For Vision Loss And Dizziness

I start getting dizzy then lose my sight completely it only last for about a minute it's happened about 4 times this month except now after I regain my vision my face is completely numb the numbness last 5-10 minutes don't really have time to go to the doctors so I wanted to know if it's something I should be worried about

It is transient ischemia. mixed with neurological invovment. complete eye examination may be done. refraction, fundus examination , measurment of iot, ocular muscle movment, and field tracing is to be done. if any problem is detected should be treated properly. facial nerve function should be tested. aneurologist may be consulted to examine and give opinion about neurological involvment. keep watch on development and if requered consult eye doctor.
