Suggest Treatment For Urine Obstruction

sir i m 33 female post transplant patient. after 15.5 yrs in dec i got urine obestruction.first dr put stent for 2 month n after removing it in feb urine path get blocked. In march dr. performed PCN n since then my creatnine is on increasing leavel.now dr suggest me to get transplant done. i want to get it done at ahmedabad. plz suggest mein about it.
