Suggest Treatment For Urinary Tract Infection

My daughter (34) has been experiencing pain in her flank area bilaterly for a week, she also has burning upon urination, she has had chronic UTI s for 4 months. She also has fever of 100.6 w Tylenol, 102 without meds. She went to nephrologist who recommended she see a bladder Dr. Who immediatly put her in the hospital today after telling her she has a UTI and may becoming septic. Upon arrival at the ER they did UA and determined after 3 hours that she does not have a UTI . She has been on levaquin for 2 days for kidney infection. She is still experiencing pain in the flank area as well in her pelvis bilaterlly. The Drs. Are stumped do you have any suggestions?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
She may have urinary tract infection or some other pelvic inflammtory disease. She should go for ultrasound abdomen. It will give you idea regarding diagnosis. Then she should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have any doubts then contact me at bit.ly/Drsanghvihardik, I will be happy to answer you.
