Hello dear ,
Thanks for using
I have evaluated your query thoroughly .

* Retention of urine seems almost likely due to neurologic reasons ( from
past TIA episodes ) , needs in depth evaluation for the diagnosis in form
of ultrasound , uroflowmetry , diagnostic cystoscopy according to the
clinician concern .

- Primary relief can be obtained with self catheterisation with aseptic
precautions at present .

* Palpitations have lot many reasons , must consult an expert
cardiologist for the same .

Hope this will help you .
Welcome for further queries .

Regards .
