Suggest Treatment For Urinary Incontinence

I feel like my urine randomly tries to come out of my penis without ne actually trying to urinate. It happens at random times and has been happening the past few days. I never actually pee my pants and i hold it in b4 it comes out. I am 18 and am about 243lbs. I aalso have a prostate infection at the moment. Just wondering if this is a symptom of my prostate infection or somethingi should be concerned about? Thanks

Sometimes prostate enlargement may cause urinary incontinence problem. Benign prostatic hyperplasia may cause urinary incontinence problems.

Urinary tract infection may cause this problem.
Some neurologic condition may rule out.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
Urine test and microscopic examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
