Hi. urinary incontinence in male is unlikely. The history is incomplete. I would like to know age of patient, any past history of surgery like TURP, any spinal surgery or trauma; is he diabetic. In elderly male with enlarged prostate, there can be overflo incontinence. He may require surgery. In elderly male with past history of TURP...there could be sphincteric damage leadjng to continuous urinary leak. He may need artificial urinary sphincter. If there is history of spinal injury or spinal surgery or patient is diabetic, he may have neurogenic bladder leading to urinary incontinence. He may need cholinergics like bethanecol and adrenergic blockers like Tamsulosin. If he has Urinary infection, he needs treatment with antibiotics.
So with proper history and preliminary tests like urine routine and culture and Ultrasound KUB patient can be followed.
