Hello

Main problem is swelling in both sides of neck.As thyroid level is also high, swelling may be related to thyroid gland.
You may need clinical correlation and investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram, random blood sugar, thyroid profile, ultrasound of neck.
It is important to assess origin, size of swelling etc.
CT scan of neck and FNAC of swelling can be done after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

Get well soon.
Take Care,
Dr.Indu Bhushan
