Hi whether you have been examined by gynecologist for breast. Is there any swelling or hard part in the breast? Is there any injury to the chest in the past, age, any other joints or bones in the body you feel same pain?. As you said ct scan was normal I think lungs are clear.so you need to consult gynecologist or surgeon if you find out any mass in the breast. Thank you
