I am a 51 female 170 pds I was rear ended 4 months ago. I was given muscle relax, pain pill and steroids. I was sore for around 4 wks. my neck cracks all the time I thought every thing was all right but this week my neck and upper back tighten up do bad I could not sleep. I have been using a tens unit and laying on a message heat mat. Should I go to a chiropractor or my primary? I was just finishing my paper work with the other insurance company. Now I don't know if I shoulo wait.
