Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

This much symptomatic UTI that child is refusing to pee needs antibiotic support rather than bladder ease (which is for chronic ailments and that also for adults preferably).
I strongly recommend you to give syrup cefixime (Suprax).
Continue to give plenty of liquids preferably boiled water, coconut water, lemon juice, green tea, buttermilk, etc.
Counsel him politely and gently, and waiting near the running tap also helps to pass pee, don`t get angry over him.
Check whether his foreskin is going back properly or not because in many instances when the foreskin is excess and external opening is a pinhole, there is phimosis obstructing the urine.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
