Ophthalmologist 's  Response
Hello
It seems from the history that you are having redness, swelling, sensitivity to light following injury to eye.
This indicates damage to the eye by injury in the form of corneal epithelial defect or traumatic inflammation of the eyes called as uveitis.
This requires evaluation by ophthalmologist and treatment accordingly.
As of now you can use antibiotic eye drops and analgesics and fo consult your doctor for further treatment.

Thank you
