Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramping And Weird Noise
Hello I had sex but took the morning after pill. I also had my period this month but also spotted a little after my period was gone. I m cramping kinda and my stomach is a little hard at the bottom. it also feels weird and makes weird noises. should I be worried I m pregnant? I took a home test and it was negative but was also taken in the mid day.

This may not be a pregnancy.
Looks to be enteritis or so.
Take a course of an antibiotic before it turns to be serious .
Take Activated charcoal tablets, PPI / Ranitidine.
Consult a Doctor if the problem increases .
