Suggest Treatment For Static Nerve Pain And Bladder Pain

Hi! I have been a chronic pain patient for over ten years. I am only 35 and my pain has been under pretty decent control for the past three years taking 50-60 mg of methadone a day and 60-90 mg of oxycodone for breakthrough pain. My pain is under control except for nerve pain in my bladder and groin and sciatic nerve that is getting worse. I am looking for something to replace my oxycodone that I may be able to take an equal or lesser amount of for nerve pain.

Hello
Were I your doctor I would consider Neurontin, Lyrica, and/or Celexa specifically for neuropathic pain. These are specific for neuralgia and work through a different pathway from oxycodone
