Suggest Treatment For Stabbing Lower Abdominal Pain

I have a stabbing sensation in my lower left abdomen and its sever i can barley walk. but it's stopped for a couple of hours but i feel it starting to come back again. I have almost all of the other symptoms of appendicitis so is there any way I could have appendicitis?

usually appndix is situated in right lower part of abdoman. so less likely to appendictis. it might be a left renal or ureteric colic pain.
