Suggest Treatment For Squint Eyes

squint problem in my wife eye.. prior to 2008 hardly any body could noticed but after that it could be notice. we have visited three doctors , two of them suggested for surgery but other doctor said otherwise. her vision is ok, her age 35yrs .. is it desirable to operate at this age???
