Suggest Treatment For Sleeping Disorder

Hi my 15 year old son has big, very big trouble sleeping, he has slept very poorly for over a year. And he eats very bad food, he is quite overweight, Yesterday he got a sudden palpitations it did not hurt and it lasted for 2-3 seconds. he is quite stressful and a bit depressed ... I wonder if it could be due to sleep?

Drugs like klonopin (prescription drugs) can help to reduce anxiety and induce sleep.
