Thank you for writing to us.

It seems that your girlfriend has an allergy to certain foods. It is also possible that she has acidity which is causing the stomach pain. The Pain in the stomach might lead to headaches.

Depending on how long she has been having the stomach pain, we can better diagnose the cause.

I think that we will want to work on treating the stomach pain first. If she is allergic to certain foods, it will be good to avoid taking those foods. If there is no such food, then she can be started on 20 ml of Pepto-Bismol 2 to 3 times a day to help her.

The symptoms should go away in 3 days. Please follow up so that we can help you.

Wishing your girlfriend a speedy recovery.
