Suggest Treatment For Severe Redness In The Eyes

Hi, um I'm not sure if I'm pregnant or not but I have been having more gas than usual and it's harder to have a bowel movement and I have been more tired and eating a lot more and I feel bloated and have these bubbling feelings in my stomach and recently light stomach pains and would like to know of these are symptoms in which Week would they most likely appear?

apply cromal eye drop. symptoms does not confirm pregnancy. you have to gofor pregnancy test. for other ailment symptomatic treatment can be given.
