hi yes i am a fifty seven year old woman and have been on vicodin for almost twenty three years at every four hours max six a day because of severe pain in my legs and my back all the doctors here in my town have given it to me with no problem and i was denied rehab said i was an unsuccesful canidate well now they want to take me off it cold turkey and im not coping well with it and now besides cant deal with my pain have tried l;ots of other meds but none helped should they leave me hanging like this to go off cold turkey i also watch my granchildren five days a week and feel like im losing it cause not only does it help with my pain but of course now i just need it please tell me what i can do and if they can just let me go off cold turkey
