dear ,I agree with the result ,because the symptoms that you have complete the clinics ,urine with blood , pain to irradiation lower back sometime in front or legs ,nausea , is frequent ,the x Ray isn't the best for diagnose if kidney stone , if you have time to visit your doctor ,maybe recommended ultrasound , to see if you has more stones. If still negative, next step is to see Urologist for cystoscopy.
